WHO ARE WE

Eco Glace Nettoyage is a firm specialized in dry ice cleaning, also called dry-ice blasting or cryogenic cleaning, an innovative, proven and environmentally friendly technology using dry ice.

Dry-ice blasting is a non-destructive method that allows for the safe cleaning of fragile areas thanks to the discharge of CO2 cooled to -79 oC onto their surface. The low temperature transforms the CO2 into dry ice particles.

The benefit of this cleaning method is to allow for the removal of all residue without abrasion, waste generation or environmental impact.

HOW DOES DRY-ICE BLASTING WORK?

With cryogenic cleaning, a high-speed stream of dry-ice particles is projected onto the surface, generating a thermal shock as they strike the contaminants, quickly lifting them.

The shock resulting from the temperature difference will crack and remove the contaminants. No water is removed during the entire decontamination period, only CO2. It is a DRY method. There are no by-products that require treatment.

When compared to manual methods of cleaning, dry-ice blasting requires much less time than what is needed to treat a similar surface.

THE BENEFITS OF CRYOGENIC CLEANING

A process that cleans the equipment in place without disassembly or cooling time;
Fast action without affecting productivity;
100% ecological and without secondary contaminants;
Non-abrasive method;
Dry cleaning, without water or steam vapors;
Bacteriostatic and fungistatic;
Non-toxic - without solvents, chemicals or detergents;
Non-flammable and non-conductive;
Clean and approved for use in the food industry;
Ideal for cleaning electrical and electronic circuits, without damaging them;
Cooling capacity;
Improvement of the service life of installations.
