Our pricing is based on four main elements:
1. Labour and preparation
The service is billed on an hourly basis according to the time required for preparation, setup, and cleaning. A minimum of 3 hours applies per intervention to cover the preparation and safe setup of the dry ice blasting equipment.
2. Dry ice consumption
The amount of dry ice required depends on the level and thickness of the contamination. Heavier or more deeply embedded contamination may require multiple passes, which increases dry ice consumption.
3. Specialized equipment
If specialized equipment is required, such as an electric lift to access elevated areas, additional charges may apply. If the required equipment is already available on site, these charges will not be applied.
4. Travel expenses
Travel within the island of Montreal and within a 100 km radius is free of charge. Beyond this 100 km area, travel fees may apply to cover the team’s transportation time and diesel fuel required to transport the equipment.
A professional assessment is required to provide an accurate quotation.
12 Is dry ice blasting suitable before painting?
